Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Famstagram (hereinafter “Service”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” refers to the mobile application and related supplementary services provided for private content sharing and communication among authorized members such as family.
- “User” refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- “Family Group” refers to a private sharing group created by a user or joined through an invitation.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service.
- The Service may modify these Terms as necessary within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and any changes will be announced in advance within the Service, specifying the effective date and reasons for the revision.
Article 4 (Services Provided and Changes)
- The Service provides a platform and related features that enable users to privately post, share, store, and communicate digital content (photos, videos, etc.) within their Family Group.
- The Service may change, add, or terminate all or part of the services provided due to operational or technical needs, and will provide advance notice through in-app announcements in such cases.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Illegally collecting or using other people’s personal information
- Using the Service to violate laws or these Terms
- Disrupting the stable operation of the Service
- Interfering with other users’ use of the Service
Article 6 (Content Rights and Management)
- Copyright of content posted by users within the Service belongs to the respective users.
- The Service uses user-posted content only within the scope of smooth provision, maintenance, repair, and improvement of the Service.
- Users may delete or make private their posted content at any time.
Article 7 (Service Interruption)
The Service may temporarily suspend its provision in the following cases:
- System maintenance, expansion, replacement, or malfunction
- Loss of communication, force majeure events such as natural disasters or national emergencies
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Service shall not be liable for damages unless caused by the Service’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence in connection with service use.
- The Service is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties that arise through the Service, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
Matters not specified in these Terms or matters regarding the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from the use of the Service, the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective from March 22, 2026.
